As an ex-local government type still working entirely with government, I did fear the worst when I saw the words 'Task' and 'Force' together in the same sentence! Not really a term that fits in the new world order of social networking and collaboration. But then that could just be me fearing the worst when I'm certain the people involved in this project will try to avoid that at all costs and set up something really interesting and inclusive. As you say, here's hoping! I quite agree!
